Gearing up for a busy summer

I had many wonderful experiences at the International gathering in Lillooet, it was such a love fest with so many bright, shiny people to hang out and learn with. I loved playing my frame drum with so many others (I’m usually the only one with a frame drum amongst the Jimbays) and singing together. People really looked you deeply in the eyes there, before they said something beautiful.

I’m now in Vancouver wrapping up a great week of sessions, networking and teaching another workshop. Its been fun to be part of the hockey excitement, and hear the city cry out and react together all over the place while the game is on. I stayed Brennan’s amazing communal house, full of interesting characters and a huge urban garden that attracts visitors to it every day, and even ended up in a music video with his talented friend Jaimie…aka Bosepheus King’s band. Suki was born, Patricia Lynn Fox, in Hamilton Ontario. She moved to BC over 10 years ago to run the Lodge Inn Retreat in Cherryville BC. She is a Flow Yoga teacher, and Resonance Repatterning Practitioner with over 15 years experience.
